Requests for appointments can be left on the voicemail for the main clinic and an employee will get back to you. You may also request an appointment via email to reception@eaglesweepclinic.com. Note, email cannot be used for urgent appointments and NO patient advice will be provided by email due to privacy concerns.

Appointment requests left after hours will be reviewed the following business morning.
